How can I edit or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. However, please email us at hello@suislesoleil.world ASAP and we’ll try to help you out.

What's your return policy?

SUIS LE SOLEIL has a 14-day return policy on full-priced items. Items must be unworn and has the original tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

How do I keep my swimwear summer-fresh?

Rinse with clean water after each swim

Wash gently (max. 30°C)

Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry, or dry clean

Let dry naturally - avoid direct sunlight

Do not store wet in plastic or sealed bags

Avoid rough surfaces to prevent damage

What if my order doesn't arrive? Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, SUIS LE SOLEIL is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order is usually returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@suislesoleil.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
